Esmond is a 1975 graduate of SUNY at
Buffalo.

years.

AACD Member - A Member of the American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry® has
completed extensive advanced training and
education in cosmetic dentistry. He is a
dual graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for
Advanced Dental Studies.
W. Daniel Billington, D.M.D
Dr. Billington is originally from Cherry
Hill, NJ but moved to Wilton, NY in 2002
where he
currently resides with his wife and
children.
Dr. Billington has an undergraduate
degree in Biology from the University of
Delaware. He then received his degree of
Doctor of Dental Medicine from the
University of Medicine and Denistry of New
Jersey. After his dental education, he
completed a one year post doctoral residency
program at Robert Wood Johnson University
Hospital in New Jersey.
Dr. Billington routinely participates in
continuing education courses and advanced
training so that he can deliver the best
care to his patients. As Dr. Billington
states, "My philosophy has always been to
deliver the highest quality dental
healthcare while maintaining compassion and
integrity for my patients."
Dr. Billington's interests include
spending time with his family, traveling,
camping, wine, and gourmet cooking.
Allison Messing
Smitkin
Allison Messing Smitkin
earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
from the University of Medicine and
Dentistry of New Jersey. She then completed
a postdoctoral general practice residency at
St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Dr. Smitkin
also received her Bachelor of Science in
Biology and Environmental Studies from Tufts
University in Boston.
Dr. Smitkin is an active
member of the American Dental Association,
the New York State Dental Association and
the 4th District Dental Society. She
continues to pursue further training through
continuing education.
Dr. Smitkin is a native
to the Saratoga region and presently resides
in Wilton with her husband and son. Her
interests include downhill skiing, hiking,
camping, reading, and gourmet cooking.
